Direct / Indirect Object pronouns

Direct object pronouns: replace the direct object in a sentence (she eats candy)

- Me, te, la, le, nous, vous, les.

Indirect object pronouns: replace the indirect object

( she sold me a wallet)

- Me, te, lui, nous, vous, leur

For places, ( I’m going to Disneyland) use “Y”

They go in front of the verb they modify.

-In past tense, they go in front of the whole verb

( je lui la ai donnee) *Verb participle agrees with the direct object pronoun.

ORDER:

- subject + ( me, te, nous, vous) + (le, la, les) + ( lui, leur) + Y+ verb.
